This machine model is equipped with a single abrasive belt station and three rotary disk brush stations and is ideal for removing burrs and rounding edges on metal components after stamping, laser-cut and blanking processes. Both brush and head rotate independently on two separate motors and are controlled by two inverters which allow individual adjustment of the brush and head rotation speed. Each brush head can ascend and descend individually and can match for a wide range of disk brushes. The magnetic feeding table is suitable for processing smaller parts.
